Cephaloziella integerrima (also called Entire-margined liverwort, among many other common names) is a species of liverwort in the family Lejeuneaceae. It is a small plant with a thalloid, greenish-brown body, and is native to Europe, Asia, and North America. It typically grows in moist, shady places, such as woodlands and forests.
