Allisoniella nigra (also called Black-fruited Spikemoss, among many other common names) is a small, evergreen, perennial plant that grows in a rosette shape. It has small, oblong leaves with pointed tips and short stems. It is native to the eastern United States and Canada, and grows in moist, shady areas.
