Description
Cerastium thomsonii (also called Thomson's Chickweed, among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to Europe and temperate Asia. It has small, white flowers and small, light green leaves. It typically grows in moist, sunny areas and is often found in meadows, grasslands, and disturbed areas.

Cultivation and Propagation
Cerastium thomsonii is a low-growing, mat-forming, evergreen perennial that typically grows to only 1” tall but spreads to 12” wide or more. It is native to rocky places in Europe and Asia. It features small, white, star-like flowers in spring. It is best grown in well-drained, average to poor soils in full sun to part shade. Propagation is by seed or division.
