Description
Cephalaria balkharica (also called Balkhar Cephalaria, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Central Asia. It grows in moist, shady places, such as wetlands, and is often found in the shallow waters of ponds and streams. It has small, oval leaves and white flowers.
