Description

Capparis rheedei (also called 'Rheede's Caper', among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree native to India, Sri Lanka, and other parts of Southeast Asia. It has a rounded, spreading habit and grows to a height of 3-5 m. Its leaves are alternate, simple, and oblong-lanceolate in shape. It is found in open woodlands, scrubland, and dry grasslands.
