Celtis brasiliensis (also called Brazilian Hackberry, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the elm family Ulmaceae. It is native to the Caribbean, Central America, and northern South America. It is found in tropical and subtropical dry forests, tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests, and tropical and subtropical moist montane forests.
