Description

Calceolaria nivalis (also called Snowy Lady's Purse, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to South America. It has a sprawling habit and grows up to 30 cm in height. Its leaves are ovate and its flowers are yellow or orange. It grows in moist soils in open areas, such as meadows, grasslands, and wetlands.
