Description

Calceolaria corymbosa (also called Lady's Purse, Pocketbook Plant, and Slipper Flower, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Scrophulariaceae. It is an evergreen shrub with a woody base and a rosette of leaves. It is native to the Andes of Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador, and grows in moist montane forests.
