Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Weingartia cintia has yellow, funnel-shaped flowers with a diameter of about 2 cm. The seeds are small, black and glossy. The seedlings are small and have a short stem with a tuft of leaves.
Cultivation and Propagation
Weingartia cintia is a slow-growing, low-maintenance cactus that is best propagated from cuttings. To propagate, take a cutting from a healthy plant and allow it to dry out for a few days before planting in a well-draining soil. Water the cutting lightly and keep in a warm, bright location.
