Description
Turbinicarpus asteroides (also called Asteroid Turbinicarpus, among many other common names) is a species of cactus from the family Cactaceae. It is native to the Mexican state of San Luis Potosí. It is found in desert and semi-desert habitats, growing in rocky soils.
