Description
Pilosocereus purpusii (also called Purpusii cactus, and many other common names) is a cactus species native to Mexico and the United States. It is a columnar cactus, with stems up to 4 m (13 ft) tall, and up to 5 cm (2 in) in diameter. It typically grows in dry grassland and scrubland habitats.
