Description

Opuntia elizondoana (also called Elizondo's Prickly Pear, among many other common names) is a species of cactus native to the Chihuahuan Desert in Mexico. It is a low-growing cactus with yellow flowers and yellow-green fruits. It grows in rocky hills and mountains at elevations of up to 2,000 m (6,500 ft).
