Description

Cereus hankeanus (also called Hanke's night-blooming cereus, among many other common names) is a species of cactus native to Mexico and the Southwestern United States. It is an erect, columnar, branching cactus, usually with 4 or 5 ribs, up to 5 m tall, with white flowers and red fruits. It grows in rocky soils in desert scrub and grasslands.
