Description
Anomobryum obtusatissimum (also called Obtusate moss, among many other common names) is a species of moss in the family Anomobryaceae. It is a small, tufted moss with stems up to 5 cm long. It has a cosmopolitan distribution, occurring in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa, and Australia. It is found in a variety of habitats, including grasslands, open woodlands, and disturbed areas.

Anomobryum obtusatissimum is used as an ornamental plant, for erosion control, and as a ground cover. It is also used in landscaping and as a soil stabilizer.
