Description
Tillandsia purpurea (also called Purple Airplant, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Bromeliaceae. It is native to Mexico and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests. It is an epiphytic plant, growing up to 30 cm tall, with purple flowers.
