Tillandsia makoyana (also called Makoy's airplant, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Bromeliaceae. It is an epiphytic plant, growing up to 1 m tall. It is native to Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. It is found in humid tropical forests, and in coastal areas.
