Description
Racinaea strobeliorum (also called 'Strobel's Racinaea', among many other common names) is a small epiphytic bromeliad that grows up to 1 m tall. It is native to Central and South America and is found in moist, shady forests. It has long, narrow leaves and small, yellow flowers.
Uses & Benefits
Racinaea strobeliorum is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a windbreak. It is also used in traditional South American medicine to treat a variety of ailments, including headaches, colds, and digestive issues.
