Description
Racinaea adpressa (also called Adpressed Racinaea, among many other common names) is a species of Racinaea native to tropical America. It is a small to medium-sized tree growing up to 10 m tall, with a dense, round crown. It is found in open woodland, savanna and grassland, often on sandy soils.

Cultivation and Propagation
Racinaea adpressa is a small, evergreen tree that can reach a height of up to 8 m (26 ft). It is tolerant of a wide range of soils and climates and is drought-tolerant once established. Propagation is usually done by seed, which should be sown in spring in a warm, sunny position. The seed should be soaked in warm water for 24 hours before sowing. Germination usually takes place within two weeks.
