Puya larae (also called Lara's Puya, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Bromeliaceae family. It is a shrub or small tree, reaching up to 2 m in height, with alternate, linear-lanceolate leaves. It is native to Venezuela, and is found in humid lowland forests.
