Description

Puya grafii (also called Graf's Puya, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Bromeliaceae family. It is native to the Andes of Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Colombia. It grows in rocky, grassy slopes, and in the paramo and puna of the Andes, between 3,000 and 4,500 meters of elevation.

Puya grafii is used to treat skin diseases, as a diuretic, and to reduce fever. It is also used to treat digestive disorders, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation.
