Description

Hohenbergia barbarespina (also called Barbarespina Hohenbergia, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Bromeliaceae family. It is native to Brazil and is found in humid forests. It has an upright rosette of stiff, leathery leaves that are green with a reddish-purple blush. It produces a tall, erect, branched inflorescence with bright yellow flowers.
