Hechtia lyman-smithii (also called Lyman-Smith's Hechtia, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Bromeliaceae family. It is a terrestrial bromeliad with a rosette of stiff, grass-like leaves. It is native to Mexico and Guatemala, where it grows in dry, rocky habitats.
