Description
Betula ermanii (also called Erman's Birch, among many other common names) is a species of birch in the Betulaceae family. It is a deciduous tree, typically growing to 15–25 m (49–82 ft) tall, with a trunk up to 1 m (3 ft 3 in) diameter. It is native to eastern Siberia, northern China, Korea and Japan. It grows in moist forests, often near streams.
