Description
Alnus glutipes (also called Alnus, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Betulaceae family. It is native to North America, where it is found in wet lowland forests. It is a deciduous tree growing to 30 m tall, with a single, large, heart-shaped leaf up to 1 m long.
