Description
Alnus fauriei (also called Japanese Alder, among many other common names) is a deciduous tree native to Japan and China. It has a rounded crown and its leaves are ovate to oblong-lanceolate, with serrated margins. It grows in moist soils, such as along streams and in mountain valleys.
