Description
Tagetes pringlei (also called 'Pringle's Marigold', 'Mexican Marigold', and 'Pringle's Marigold', among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to Mexico and Central America. It has an upright habit and is characterized by its deeply-lobed, green foliage and yellow, orange, and red flower heads. It grows in dry, rocky areas, and is often found in desert scrub and chaparral habitats.
