Description

Symphyotrichum anticostense (also called Anticosti Aster, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to eastern North America. It has small, white flowers with a white midrib and a tinge of purple on the margins. It grows in dry, rocky soils and is often found in open grasslands.
