Description
Pteronia quinqueflora (also called Five-Flowered Pteronia, Five-Flowered Pincushion, and Five-Flowered Pincushion Bush, among many other common names) is a shrub native to the Western Cape of South Africa. It has a woody stem and grows up to 1.5 m tall. It has white flowers that bloom from August to October. It grows in dry, rocky areas and on hillsides.
