Description
Microseris douglasii (also called Douglas' microseris, Douglas's microseris, Douglas' flat-topped aster, Douglas's flat-topped aster, among many other common names) is an annual herb in the sunflower family. It has yellow flower heads and grows up to 1 foot tall. It is native to western North America, from British Columbia to California, and is found in dry open habitats such as grasslands and sagebrush steppes.
