Cultivation and Propagation

Leucanthemopsis pallida is a hardy, drought-tolerant annual that is easy to grow from seed. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Sow the seeds directly in the garden in early spring, or start them indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. The seeds should be sown about 1/8 inch deep and spaced 6-12 inches apart. Thin the seedlings to the desired spacing when they are 2-3 inches tall. Water regularly during dry periods. Deadheading will help to promote more blooms.
