Description

Koanophyllon thysanolepis (also called Bristly Koanophyllon, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to the southeastern United States. It has a single stem that can reach up to 0.5 m in height and is covered with white hairs. Its leaves are deeply lobed and its flowers are yellow and clustered. It is found in moist woodlands and disturbed areas.
