Koanophyllon myrtilloides (also called Blue-Leaved Groundsel, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the daisy family. It is native to the Mediterranean region, and grows in dry, rocky habitats. It is an annual herb with a woody base and a basal rosette of leaves. The leaves are lanceolate and up to 10 cm long. The flower heads are yellow and up to 2 cm in diameter.
