Description

Hieracium pachyphylloides (also called Thick-leaved Hawkweed, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and western Asia. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a single stem that can reach up to 1 m tall. The leaves are lanceolate and up to 10 cm long. The flowers are yellow and are arranged in a corymb. It grows in moist soils in meadows, pastures, and along roadsides.
