Hieracium leiopogon (also called Hawkweed, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and North America. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a single stem with a few branches. The leaves are lanceolate and have a white-woolly underside. The flowers are yellow and have a long, thin, tubular shape. It grows in grasslands, meadows, and open woodlands.
