Hieracium froederstroemii (also called 'Froederstroem's Hawkweed', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Alps of Austria, France, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. It has a rosette-like habit and can reach up to 0.5 meters in height. It is found in alpine meadows, mostly in areas with an altitude of 1000-3000 meters.
