Hieracium egenum (also called Egen's Hawkweed, among many other common names) is a perennial herb that is native to the mountains of Central Europe. It has a basal rosette of leaves with a single stem that can reach up to 1 meter in height. It prefers moist, well-drained soils in meadows, grasslands, and along roadsides.
