Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
The flower of Cronquistianthus chamaedrifolius is a yellow, daisy-like flower. The seeds are small and black. The seedlings are thin and have a single stem with a few leaves.
Cultivation and Propagation
Cronquistianthus chamaedrifolius can be propagated by seed or division. Seeds should be sown in late winter or early spring in a cold frame or in a seedbed. When they are large enough to handle, prick the seedlings out into individual pots and plant them out in the summer. Division is best carried out in the spring, as the plants come into growth, although it can also be done in the autumn.
