Description
Asplenium wrightii (also called Wright's Spleenwort, among many other common names) is an evergreen fern native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It is typically found in rocky crevices, walls, and dry stony places. It has a creeping rhizome and lanceolate-ovate, leathery, dark green fronds.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Asplenium wrightii has small, white flowers with four petals and yellow anthers. The seeds are small, brown and oblong in shape. The seedlings are small and delicate with long, thin stems and small, oval-shaped leaves.
