Asplenium atroviride (also called Dark Spleenwort, among many other common names) is a fern species native to South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. It is an epiphyte, meaning it grows on other plants, and is found in moist tropical forests. It has a creeping rhizome and fronds that are pinnate-pinnatifid and can reach up to 1 meter in length.
