Description
Nolina atopocarpa (also called Beargrass, among many other common names) is a perennial evergreen shrub native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It grows in dry, rocky soils in open woodlands, grasslands, and canyons. It has a single trunk with a rosette of long, narrow, blue-green leaves at the top.
