Chlorophytum alpinum (also called Alpine Chlorophytum, Alpine Spider Plant, and Alpine Airplane Plant, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Africa. It has long, narrow leaves and grows in wet meadows and along stream banks. It produces a cluster of white flowers in the summer.
