Description
Albuca galeata (also called 'Helmet Onion', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Asparagaceae. It is native to South Africa, where it is found in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Northern Cape Provinces. It is found in a variety of habitats, including sandstone fynbos, sandveld, and rocky slopes.
