Description
Agave quilae (also called 'Quilae Agave', among many other common names) is a perennial succulent native to Mexico. It has long, narrow leaves and yellow flowers. It grows in rocky, dry areas and can be found in grasslands, scrublands and forests.

Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
The flower of Agave quilae is yellow and has six petals. The seeds are small and brown in color. The seedlings are thin and have two leaves.
Cultivation and Propagation
Agave quilae is a succulent plant that can be propagated from offsets or stem cuttings. Offsets can be removed from the mother plant and planted in a pot filled with well-draining soil. Water the soil and keep it moist until the offset has rooted. Once the offset has rooted, reduce watering and allow the soil to dry out between waterings.
