Description

Pinanga schwanerensis (also called Schwaner's screwpine, among many other common names) is a species of plant in the Arecaceae family. It is a small to medium-sized palm, growing up to 8 m tall. It is native to Southeast Asia, where it is found in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. It is found in lowland and montane forests, up to 1,000 m elevation.
