Orania bakeri (also called Baker's Palm, among many other common names) is a species of palm native to South America, specifically Brazil and Peru. It is a solitary, medium-sized palm, growing up to 10 m tall, with a trunk up to 20 cm in diameter. It is found in wet lowland forests, often near rivers.
