Description
Heterospathe porcata (also called Palas palm, among many other common names) is a species of fan palm native to Southeast Asia. It is a small to medium-sized palm, growing up to 8 m tall, with a single trunk and a crown of fan-shaped leaves. It is found in rainforests and other moist habitats.
