Description

Attalea luetzelburgii (also called 'Palma de Cera', among many other common names) is a species of palm native to Colombia and Ecuador. It is a medium-sized palm, reaching up to 15 m tall. Its leaves are pinnate, up to 4 m long, with up to 150 leaflets. It is found in lowland tropical rainforest habitats.
