Description
Meryta pastoralis (also called Mountain Meryta, among many other common names) is a small to medium-sized evergreen tree that grows up to 10 m tall. It is native to New Zealand and grows in lowland and montane forests. It has leathery, oblong-elliptic leaves that are 8-20 cm long and 2-4 cm wide.
