Description
Philodendron holstii (also called 'Lacy Tree Philodendron', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Araceae family. It is a climbing evergreen vine, with large, glossy, heart-shaped leaves that can reach up to 30 cm long. It is native to Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, and is found in tropical rainforests, growing on trees and rocks.

The flower of Philodendron holstii is a small, greenish-yellow spathe with a white spadix. The seeds are small, round, and black. The seedlings are small, with a single leaf and a thin stem.
Cultivation and Propagation
Philodendron holstii can be propagated by stem cuttings. It can be grown in a pot or in the ground, in a shady area with moist, well-drained soil. It prefers temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C) and should be watered regularly, but not overly saturated. Fertilize monthly during the growing season.
