Description
Lysichiton camtschatcensis (also called Kamchatka skunk cabbage, Japanese skunk cabbage, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Japan and the Russian Far East. It has large, heart-shaped leaves and yellowish-green flowers that are enclosed in a spathe. It is found in wetland habitats, such as swamps, bogs, and wet meadows.
